The resort offers a group of added benefits in health care for those residents who might wish to keep a closer eye on their health or those who might need an extra hand.

Health checks are great for the fact that they can be interpreted immediately.

A health check together with a medical history can be used to assess your general health and well-being.

Health checks should not be reserved for when you are feeling unwell,  they are a great way of ensuring your general health is maintained.

Some symptoms such as high blood pressure may not produce any obvious physical symptoms, however early detection and treatment can help ensure that you remain healthy.

Health checks are offered monthly but can also be provided on request.

Nutritional advice

Nutritional Therapy can be used alone, or alongside orthodox treatment, to yield improvements in specific symptoms, ailments and medical conditions, and to promote health, vitality and longevity.

Nutritional Therapy is not only curative, but also preventative, and therefore individuals with concerns about future health complications, perhaps linked to their genetics, dietary and lifestyle habits, can also benefit tremendously from seeking expert nutritional advice.

Lifestyle coaching is fully optional for residents.
It is aimed at those residents who wish to deal with personal issues with help from a personal coach.

The service is available in a private room at the reception building or at your own home.

Tele-doctor allows you to speak and see a British doctor without the need of spending time waiting at the medical centre.

It consists of a set of two televisions and cameras, one at the resort and the other with the doctor in U.K. The resident can talk freely to the doctor in a private room at the reception building.

All doctors are fully qualified British doctors and appointments can be arranged anytime.
