Saunas

Sweating is the body's safe and natural way to heal.

Scientists and doctors are finally acknowledging what our ancestors instinctively knew, that regular sweating restores good health through the elimination of toxins.

Most cultures around the world have their own versions of saunas, whether it's the ancient Romans and their "Thermae" or the traditional Japanese "Onsen".

However, the healthiest and most popular ones of all are the Finnish and the Estonian sauna.

That is why we have chosen these two saunas to be part of the beauty and health circuit.

Indoor and outdoor pools

The swimming pools are designed to offer relaxation and are not especially built for swimming training.

The indoor pool is heated, providing an opportunity for water exercises to residents and guests all year round.

The style of the building and swimming pools is as shown in the picture. The indoor swimming pool will be fitted with sliding doors which can be opened on warmer days.

Indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi

Hydro massage Jacuzzi is one of the most popular ways to relax. Spending just a few moments in a spa on a regular basis, and you're likely to experience less stress, improved circulation, better sleep, and fewer symptoms of arthritis and back pain.

Senior Gym

The senior gym is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance while having fun practising the machines.

Growing older doesn't mean you have to lose strength or your ability to do everyday tasks. Exercise can help older adults feel better and enjoy life more, even those who think they're too old or too out of shape.

“Onsen”

The benefits of the “onsen” are not well known in western countries. However, some of the cultures with the longest life expectancy have been using it for centuries, in Japan for example.

It consists of a small water heated pool with the possibility to sit with water up to your shoulders.

The water temperature is very high, cleansing the body and experiencing a general relaxation of all muscles, difficult to achieve with other types of treatments.

The combination of pools with onsen and sauna on a daily basis provides a superb experience for body and mind after a busy day.
